I would appreciate particular attention with the recommendations around what to do when all sequence numbers for a given account are exhausted, with consideration towards balancing private-by-default behavior without surprises and usability. Currently I suggested that they can be recycled randomly but the fact that they’re being reused should be made apparent to the user, and it would be preferable to suggest the user use a different account.
